    - Check the developer's credentials, the potential for infrastructure development, access to public transport and quality of property management before making investment
    - Investors looking at income-producing office assets should look at the break-up of cash flows, the vacancy factor, expenses such as maintenance, property tax and building insurance, lease term, lock-in period and expiry dates, long-term capital appreciation potential and refurbishment, refinancing and re-positioning potential.

    Starting a company takes startup capital. You would also need printing presses and buildings to operate them in. You would need editors, lawyers and all kinds of employees. I think we're talking tens of thousands of dollars. A carrier choice doesn't have to be starting a company, you could just work for one.
