There is a bit of depreciation in rental market in Bangalore. I think the price will go down for both sale and rent in coming months. I am staying in Marathahalli where i stay in rented flat and paying 22000/month for 2 bhk apartments where as in Electronic i got the same flat in max 15-18k and also the flats in electronic city are newly built.
  3. Demand for premium homes in the rental segment in Bangalore is appreciably higher growth.Continued demand from the IT/ITeS sector employees kept upward pressure on rentals in almost all the micro markets. The micro-markets, which attracted significant interest from buyers in Bangalore, were Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Jakkur and Koramangala.
