    We often expect that the cost of our service is going to be the big objection that we face. Often, the objection is really about the prospect's fear of making a decision.
    The prospect could be gripped by the six fears of Buyers and Sellers.

    1. Fear of making the wrong decision.
    2. Fear of making any decision.
    3. Fear of change.
    4. Fear of being cheated.
    5. Fear of looking bad to others.
    6. Fear of acting without sufficient thought or knowledge.

    While there are a few objection handling techniques that will work to alleviate these fears, the best overall technique is reduction of risk through guarantees or reassurances from you that they are making the right decision.

    In every business work depend on it's buyer and seller so it is play important role in business. But risk factor are also involve in every business so it occur by the buyers and seller. If seller and buyer are not highly qualified so it effect on business. Both have different role in business so they have to understand or identify their role otherwise it can be effect on their business.

    Its true !! Buyer and seller both are most important role in every type of business. If people need to sell and buy any real estate property than buyer and seller have understanding, knowledge about market price, have qualified person for take proper decision for real estate property.

    Thanks for sharing this useful information, You are right every deal give some high fears. I think it is very easy to maintain the deal of real estate. If you avoid this all fear than you can make your business very useful.
