Which area is best in Pallikaranai?

    How good is to buy a flat in Ram nagar south Extension , Pallikaranai? What is the asking rate/sq.ft for the area- Ram nagar south Extension as of now?Is there water logging at those areas during rainy seasons?Can anybody suggest me if it is a good place to invest

    it goes up to 3500-4000/- per sq.ft in that location i think so....
